This group aims to nurture a broad coalition of local active citizens which will:
- Introduce you to fellow democracy-loving citizens in your area, and discuss matters of importance to democracy
- Introduce you to a variety of nationally-, regionally-, state-, and locally-based organizations and political communities
- Provide the common thread of concern for democracy as the organizing principle for amplifying the true concerns of the public
- Provide you with resources and information to help you to become an active citizen or even an organizer
- and more!!! The more kinds of people we can bring together, the more we can accomplish in strengthening the voice democracy!

Discuss, debate, and learn about social movements: History, trends, and most importantly, How to Make a Movement. Great for social entrepreneurs, activists, political operatives, staff of non-profits and companies with missions to change the world, and anyone else interested in making a significant change. Members' perspectives, goals, and causes may be vastly different, but we can learn together.
